From our initial enquiry through to completion of our purchase the service we received from both Gabriel and Mitz was beyond compare, both would go out of their way to make our purchase right for us. We were always kept up to date on progress and nothing was too much trouble. We cannot recommend Vertu (Farnell) Landrover more highly and we are extremely happy with our new purchase.

I'd suggest Vertu Land Rover Nelson to a friend because i received excellent assistance from a number of their staff when i purchased my Landrover Discovery recently. It was initial enquiry on a Saturday morning of a bank holiday weekend and they couldn't do enough to help despite the distance issue with me living far way from the dealership. They were able to facilitate a smooth transaction online and via telephone and even collected me from the train station on arrival despite me arriving well behind schedule. Special mention to Harrison who sealed the deal on a bank holiday Monday and came to collect me for pickup on his day off. Exceptional service from start to finish and the car itself has well exceed our expectations in both performance comfort and condition. A great experience

The dealership exudes professionalism from the moment you walk through the door and are greeted with a smiling receptionist. The sales person who dealt with us throughout the process was extremely friendly, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, from bringing the car in from a dealership in Cornwall, even before I had decided to purchase, to final handover. All my questions were answered comprehensively and we were made to feel as though we had been lifelong customers. I have purchased Jaguar cars for many years now, but have never previously experienced tge service afforded by Vertu on this occasion. Sincere thanks to Corey and the team.
