I would not recommend Vertu Land Rover Nelson because of issues identified at the point of collection that were not resolved prior to handover. Specifically, both headlight units exhibited significant condensation, which reoccurred shortly after testing and has required ongoing follow-up to address. In addition, a key accessory (rear bumper protective apron) was missing at collection and has not yet been supplied. There has also been a delay in receiving an outstanding balance owed. Overall, these issues have required additional time and effort post-purchase, which detracts from the standard expected of an Approved Used vehicle experience.
